PHASE I: DISCOVERY PROCESS
We begin with an introduction call and an in-depth client welcome package that includes a lifestyle and design style questionnaire and set a date for our first meeting. Our team will visit your home to review the current conditions, discuss your goals and generate a detailed scope of work and contractual agreement. We will then analyze your style and feedback and present to you an initial design concept with a design direction, preliminary budget, and project timeline.

PHASE II: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN | HARD + SOFT GOODS
For new builds and construction, we will examine the architectural drawings and construction sets and collaborate with the architect and general contractor on the best materials, finishes and fixtures for the design of your home. For interior renovations, we will examine the architectural drawings and create 3 different furniture floor plans with design boards of furnishings, lighting, finishes, wall and window treatments, fixtures and fabric schemes.

PHASE III: RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We will recommend and collaborate with architects, general contractors, engineers and specialty trades throughout the project. We meet on-site to take detailed measurements, review workmanship and installations in order to avoid potential obstacles. We can provide shop drawings to contractors for estimates and provide the necessary documentation for board approvals and oversee department of buildings inspections and approvals.

PHASE IV: PROCUREMENT
Once you have signed off on all final approved items, we will begin the procurement process. Here, we collect deposits, manage orders directly with our vendors, prepare any additional shop drawings and develop a production schedule. We utilize a design management software to effectively organize and execute your vision, making the whole process as seamless as possible.

PHASE IV: INSTALLATION
The final phase of the project is installation. Once completed, we will do a formal walk-through with our team to discuss final punch list items, ranging from paint touch ups to missing back-ordered items and client feedback on any outstanding issues. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we take the time to resolve any unmet needs before wrapping up the project. We will then provide you with an information packet on the upkeep and care of all purchased and custom items.
